Danne (pronounced Danny) Farrell has been a Great Highland Bagpiper for over 27 years and is one of the most popular bagpipers in the Western New York area. Once a member of the Caledonian Pipes & Drums of Buffalo, NY for many years, he is now playing with the innovative and very talented Celtic Spirit Pipe Band. The primary tartan Danne wears is the “O’Farrell” Irish Tartan with a forest green jacket and vest, green glengarry with matching shoes and sporran. Danne also wears the Irelands National Tartan and has two Scottish kilts, the “Royal Stewart” & the “Flower of Scotland” Tartans with the traditional black vest and jacket, black glengarry with matching shoes and sporran. So whether you have an Irish or Scottish background, Danne has you covered! If it’s great music you want, Danne can provide it for you with the skirl of the Great Highland Bagpipes.
